How much does Aura cost?
Aura works with a monthly or annual subscription. You see the price for your country on the App Store before you confirm, and you manage it from your Apple account.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Open Aura and train. Purchases go through your Apple account, with no Aura email or password.
What happens to my data if I get a new iPhone?
In Settings > Local backups you create a backup with your workouts and photos. Keep it wherever you prefer and restore it on your new iPhone.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In Aura, open Settings > Subscription > Manage subscription, or the Subscriptions section of your Apple account. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Which iPhone do I need?
Aura is made for iPhone. The App Store shows whether your model is compatible before you download it.
Which countries is it available in?
On the App Store in Mexico and 16 other Latin American countries.
Is it in Spanish?
Yes. Aura is in English and Spanish and follows your iPhone language.
Is there an Android version?
No. Aura is made only for iPhone.
